Comparing Booksy alternatives? Here is what to check.
Flat price or per user?
Some alternatives charge more for every extra team member, so the bill rises as you grow. Revyfy is one flat £39.99 a month, unlimited staff, however big your team gets.
Commission or not?
Check whether a percentage comes out of any booking, and under what conditions. Revyfy takes 0% commission, ever, on any booking, and has no paid visibility feature to switch on.
Your own booking page, or a marketplace listing?
A marketplace listing sits alongside competitors on the same screen, with an app of its own for clients to install. Revyfy gives you your own branded booking page at your own link, no app needed.
Who moves your data?
Ask whether the move is on you or on them. With Revyfy, our team moves your staff, clients, notes, services, future appointments, gift cards and stock across for you during the trial.
Three costs that creep up.
Per-user charge
Booksy charges £5 plus VAT a month for every additional team member. By the sixth person the subscription is £65 plus VAT.
Boost fees
Booksy's Boost feature takes 30% of a new client's first visit, minimum £5, whenever Boost is on. A £45 first visit costs £13.50.
VAT and messages
The headline £40 is £48 once VAT is added, and SMS marketing past 500 a month is 5p a message. With Revyfy, clients book on your own branded page, and every feature is in the £39.99 price, no VAT added, from day one.
What a 3-chair salon actually pays.
A 3-chair salon pays about £60 a month on Booksy and £39.99 flat on Revyfy, for an owner and two team members each taking their own appointments.
Booksy: £60 a month with VAT
On biz.booksy.com's own UK pricing page, one plan costs £40 a month, and "all services are subject to VAT, which will be added to the final price", so £48 with VAT before any extra users. Add two extra users at £5 a month each, plus VAT, and the subscription is £40 + £2 x £5 = £50, £60 with VAT, before Boost. Turn Boost on and 8 new Boost clients a month at a £45 first visit add 8 x £13.50 = £108 in one-time fees, taking the month to about £168. Revyfy stays £39.99, whatever the team size and whatever happens with new clients that month.
Even before Boost, a 3-chair salon on Booksy pays £60 a month once VAT and two extra users are added, against Revyfy's £39.99. Turn Boost on and each new client's first visit adds a further 30% fee. With Revyfy the price already includes marketing campaigns, forms and everything else on the pricing page, at any team size.
Booksy prices as published at biz.booksy.com/en-gb/pricing, checked 26 September 2026: £40 a month plus VAT (£48), plus £5 a month plus VAT (£6) for each additional team member. Boost is a one-time 30% fee, minimum £5, on a Boost client's first visit. Full breakdown: Booksy pricing in the UK, explained.
A marketplace-first booking platform.
Booksy is a booking platform with a consumer marketplace and app. A salon pays a monthly subscription and appears in the Booksy Marketplace, where clients search and book, and clients can also book from the salon's own Booksy profile link. Marketplace bookings are free unless the salon turns on Boost, a paid visibility feature charged as a one-time 30% fee on each Boost client's first visit. All features are included in the one plan; the price rises by £5 plus VAT per additional user. Revyfy's edge is what sits underneath that: one flat price with marketing, forms and your own booking page already included, for any size of business.
Booksy vs Revyfy.
Booksy's Boost can put a listing in front of people searching nearby, but Booksy's own advice is to share your profile link so clients who book through it are not charged for when Boost is on. A booking page you own, shared from your Instagram, Google profile and word of mouth, builds a following that is yours from day one, whether you are a team of six or just you and a chair.

What we need from you
Almost nothing. Tell us you are coming from Booksy and our team takes care of the move behind the scenes. You keep trading the whole time, and we confirm everything with you before anything goes live.
What to check before going live
We ask you to spot-check ten clients you know well and next week's diary against Booksy. When they match, share your new booking link on Instagram and Google, and the switch is done. Nothing is deleted on the Booksy side; that account remains yours to close whenever you choose.
What people ask before they move.
For one person the two are close: £39.99 against £40 plus VAT (£48). From the second team member on, Booksy adds £5 plus VAT per person and Revyfy adds nothing. With Boost on, each new client's first visit carries a 30% fee on Booksy and 0% on Revyfy.
Not on marketplace bookings when Boost is off, by Booksy's own statement. When Boost is on, a one-time 30% fee (minimum £5) applies to a Boost client's first visit. Revyfy takes no commission on any booking.
Your client records come with you: the Revyfy team moves staff, clients, notes, services, future appointments, gift cards and stock during the trial. Your marketplace profile stays with Booksy; your clients book you at your own link instead.
