Revyfy vs Timely.
Revyfy vs Timely is a comparison of two pricing ideas. Timely charges per week and the bill rises and falls with how many bookings you take, from £4, £7 or £9 a week at the starting price, with unlimited team members. Revyfy is £39.99 a month, no VAT added, unlimited staff, zero commission, and the same price in a busy month as a quiet one (checked 26 September 2026).

Different models, different maths.
Timely prices per week on booking volume: £4 a week for Run, £7 for Boost or £9 for Thrive at the starting figure, and Timely's own page says the weekly bill adjusts up and down with the bookings you take. Revyfy is a flat platform: £39.99 a month, no VAT added, unlimited staff, zero commission, your own branded booking page.
What is Timely?
Timely is salon and clinic booking software priced per week on booking volume rather than per staff member. Three plans, Run, Boost and Thrive, start at £4, £7 and £9 a week with unlimited team members, and the weekly bill adjusts with the number of bookings taken. Online booking, reminders, deposits and reporting sit on every plan; the waitlist, consultation forms, cancellation fees and SMS campaigns start on Boost; stock and accounting integrations sit on Thrive. Revyfy is the flat-price alternative described below: one price, no plan ladder, your own booking page.
What is Revyfy?
Revyfy is UK salon software built on one flat price: £39.99 a month, no VAT added, unlimited staff, zero commission on any booking. It covers online booking, your own branded booking page, the diary, POS, client records, marketing and consent forms, plus an optional Revy AI add-on at £24.99, with the first 2 months free. The Revyfy team moves your data across during the 14-day trial.
The numbers, side by side.
At the starting price, Run is about £17 a month, Boost about £30 and Thrive about £39 (£4, £7 and £9 a week x 52 / 12). Every one of those is a starting figure only: Timely's own page says the weekly bill adjusts up and down with the number of bookings taken, so the price at a salon's real booking volume is worked out per business and is not published. A 3-chair salon wanting the waitlist, consultation forms, cancellation fees and staff-specific pricing starts from about £65 a month on Timely before that adjustment, against Revyfy's £39.99 with all of it included and the price fixed. Timely figures as published at gettimely.com/pricing, checked 26 September 2026. Card processing applies on both platforms, as it does everywhere.
Where the models pull apart.
Pricing
Timely prices per week on booking volume: £4 a week for Run, up to £9 a week for Thrive at the starting figure, and the bill moves up and down after that with how many bookings a business takes. Revyfy charges £39.99 flat a month whatever the booking volume. At the Thrive starting price the two are close, about £39 against £39.99; a busier week on Timely widens the gap.
What sits on which plan
Timely's waitlist, consultation forms, cancellation fees and SMS marketing campaigns start on Boost; stock, rebooking reminders and accounting integrations sit on Thrive; staff-specific pricing is a further add-on at £8 a week. Revyfy's £39.99 flat already includes the waitlist, forms, cancellation policy and staff-specific pricing, so there is no plan to move up to before using them.
Getting booked
Clients can find and book a Timely business through its booking page and branded website. With Revyfy, clients book on your own branded page at your own link, from your Instagram bio or Google profile, with zero commission.
Card fees
Timely charges 1.59% + 5p per transaction in salon plus the cost of a terminal unless using Tap to Pay, and 1.85% + 30p online. Card processing applies on both platforms, as it does everywhere.
AI assistant
Timely's pricing page does not mention an AI assistant. Revyfy's Revy AI is an optional add-on at £24.99 a month, with the first 2 months free.
A bill that moves with you, or a price that stays put.
What a booking-based bill gives you
Timely's booking-based bill gives you a low starting figure and a price that is meant to track how busy a business is, quieter weeks costing less. What it does not give you is a number you can budget around in advance: the price above the starting figure is worked out per business and is not published, so the real weekly bill is only known after it lands.
What a flat price gives you
One number, £39.99 a month, whether the diary is packed or steady. Every feature that sits on Timely's plan ladder, the waitlist, consultation forms, cancellation fees and staff-specific pricing, is already included, so there is no extra bill to plan for as the business grows or has a busy month.
