Does Phorest publish its prices?

No. Phorest's UK pricing page lists four plans, Starter, Grow, Ultimate and Elite, and every one of them ends in "Request a quote" rather than a monthly figure. Phorest's default regional page, which lands on Ireland pricing before you pick a country, does the same: no monthly price is shown there either, in any currency. Whatever a Phorest quote comes to for your business, it is set on a call, not read off the website.

What Phorest's own site says about pricing

The pricing page itself does say a few things worth quoting directly, so you can weigh them against the fact that no number appears anywhere on the page.

On who the plans are for, Phorest's own words are that its plans are "great for all growing salons & aesthetic clinics, perfect for 3+ staff", according to phorest.com; Revyfy is one flat £39.99 a month whatever the size of the business, published before you ask. On messaging, the page states "500 free SMS/month" on every plan, according to phorest.com, with a per-message rate charged once that allowance is used: 9.5p per SMS on Starter, 8.2p on Grow, and 7p on Ultimate and Elite. What to ask Phorest before you sign

Because the website itself does not answer these, they are worth putting to Phorest directly on the demo call, before you agree to anything.

Contract length. Ask how long the agreement runs, and what happens at renewal.

Per-location charges. If you run, or might run, more than one site, ask whether the quote is per location and how a second site changes the price.

Onboarding and training fees. The site says these are included, so ask for that in writing as part of the quote.

SMS bundles beyond the free allowance. Ask what a typical month's SMS spend looks like once the 500 free messages are used, at your expected volume.

Card processing. PhorestPay is mentioned as the payment option, but no rate is published, so ask for the percentage and any per-transaction charge.

What happens to your data when you leave. Ask how you get your client list and history back out if you ever move to another system.
