Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you (the business subscribing to Revyfy) and Revyfy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Revyfy is built for businesses; it is not offered to consumers.
1. The service
Revyfy is salon and beauty business management software: appointments, online booking, point of sale, client records, reminders, marketing campaigns, reporting, and the optional Revy AI assistant. We host it, we maintain it, and we improve it over time. Features may change, but we will not remove core functionality you pay for without reasonable notice.
2. Free trial
New accounts start with a 4-week free trial. No payment card is needed to start. At the end of the trial your account pauses until you subscribe; your data is not deleted at the point the trial ends.
3. Fees and billing
- The platform subscription and any add-ons (such as Revy AI) are billed monthly at the prices shown at revyfy.com/#pricing at the time you subscribe. SMS message credits are purchased separately.
- Payments are taken by card through our payment provider. Prices are in pounds sterling.
- There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months.
- We take no commission on your bookings.
- If a price changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it affects you.
4. Your data
- Your data is yours. Client lists, appointment history, sales records: you own them, and you can ask for a full export at any time, including when you leave.
- For personal data you store about your clients, you are the controller and we are your processor under UK GDPR. We process that data only to provide the service and on your instructions, we apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy, we use the sub-processors described there and will provide the current list on request, and we will notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach affecting your data. On termination we delete your data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law.
- You are responsible for having the right to put your clients' data into Revyfy, and for the lawfulness of the marketing you send through it. Marketing campaigns to your clients must comply with UK GDPR and PECR; Revyfy provides opt-out handling, but the consent of your audience is your responsibility.
5. Revy AI
Revy answers questions using your business data and a third-party AI provider. Answers can be wrong or incomplete; check anything important before acting on it. Data sent to power a Revy answer is not used by the provider to train its models.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Revyfy to break the law, to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, to interfere with the service or other tenants, or to attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk, and we will tell you if we do.
7. Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times and host it on established cloud infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and there is no formal service level agreement. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious or persistent breach of these terms. On closure, section 4 governs your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
