Revyfy vs Fresha.
Two good products built on opposite business models. The short version: Fresha charges less up front and takes a cut of growth. Revyfy is one flat price, and everything you earn stays yours.
Different models, different maths.
Fresha is a marketplace: a lower subscription, then £9.95 per team member and a 20% one-time fee on new marketplace clients. Revyfy is a flat platform: £39.99 a month, unlimited staff, zero commission, your own branded booking page.
The numbers, side by side.
Fresha figures as published at fresha.com/pricing, checked 7 August 2026. Card processing applies on both platforms, as it does everywhere.

Pricing
Fresha keeps the entry price low and earns as you grow: every bookable team member adds £9.95 a month, and each new marketplace client carries a one-time 20% fee, minimum £4. Revyfy charges £39.99 flat whether you have one chair or eleven. At four staff the subscriptions alone reach parity, before a single fee.
Getting booked
Both give clients online booking. The difference is whose shopfront it is. On Fresha, your profile lives in their marketplace, listed alongside nearby salons. With Revyfy, clients book on your own branded page at your own link, from your Instagram bio or Google profile. Nobody advertises a competitor next to your diary.
Growing your team
This is where the maths moves fastest. Adding a fourth chair on Fresha means another £9.95 every month. On Revyfy, staff four, five and six cost nothing extra. If your plan is growth, the flat price is a bet on your own success.
Everything included
Revyfy's flat price covers the whole platform: booking, diary and reminders, POS, client records, email and SMS marketing, consent forms with e-signatures, and rooms and equipment scheduling. The only optional extra is Revy AI at £24.99. What you see on the pricing page is the whole bill.
Switching
Moving to Revyfy is done for you: we move your staff, clients, notes, services, future appointments, gift cards and stock during the 14-day trial, free, and you can run both systems side by side until you are ready. The full detail is on our Fresha alternative page, and the general playbook is in how to switch without losing a booking.
A listing in their catalogue, or a shopfront of your own.
What the marketplace gives you
A profile where people search for nearby salons, with a one-time fee on each new client it sends. What it cannot give you is a shopfront of your own: your listing sits in their catalogue, next to your competitors, and the audience it builds belongs to the marketplace.
What your own page gives you
A branded booking link that is yours from day one, shared from Instagram, Google and word of mouth. Whether you are just you and a chair or a team of six, the price never moves, no fee ever comes out of a booking, and every client you win stays yours. Growth costs nothing extra.
