Timely's UK pricing page prices software per week on booking volume: Run from £4, Boost from £7 and Thrive from £9, billed in GBP, each with unlimited team members. Timely's own page says the weekly bill adjusts up and down with the number of bookings a business takes, so those figures are starting prices, not a fixed monthly cost. Revyfy is £39.99 a month flat, no VAT added, whatever your booking volume.

How much does Timely cost per month in the UK?
Timely's UK pricing page (gettimely.com/pricing) lists three plans, Run, Boost and Thrive, each priced per week and billed in GBP: Run starts from £4 a week, Boost from £7 and Thrive from £9. At the starting figure, that works out to about £17, £30 and £39 a month (£4, £7 and £9 a week x 52 / 12). Every plan carries unlimited team members, and there is an add-on, Advanced team management, at a further £8 a week for targets, staff-specific pricing, activity tracking and team payouts.
The word "starting" matters here. Timely's own page says: "you can take as many bookings as you want each week, your weekly bill adjusts with the rhythm of your business. Simply enter the average number of bookings you take in a week to calculate your first bill. If you have a quieter week or take additional bookings, your weekly bill will automatically adjust up and down from then on." The price above the starting figure is not published; it is calculated for each business. Revyfy has no such adjustment: it is £39.99 a month, no VAT added, at any booking volume.
How Timely's booking-based pricing works
Rather than pricing per staff member, Timely prices per week on the number of bookings a business takes. A new customer enters an estimate of their weekly bookings to get a first bill, and the price then moves up or down as actual bookings come in. A quiet week costs less; a busy week costs more. Timely's pricing page does not state a rate card for what happens above the starting figure, so a salon cannot look up its own likely bill in advance, only the starting price of the plan it needs.
Timely also offers a 14-day free trial. Revyfy's trial is the same length and needs no card to start, but the price it leads to afterwards does not depend on how many bookings were taken during the trial or after it.
What is included in Run, Boost and Thrive
Run, the entry plan from £4 a week, includes online booking and calendar, SMS, a branded website, client records, automated reminders, in-person payments and online deposits, reporting and email support.
Boost, from £7 a week, adds SMS marketing campaigns, service add-ons, digital consultation forms, post-appointment messages, cancellation fees, a waitlist, custom colours, custom booking steps, and features aimed at reducing gaps between appointments. Timely's page is explicit that the waitlist is "not included in Run". On Revyfy the waitlist, consultation forms and cancellation policy are in the one £39.99 plan from day one.
Thrive, from £9 a week, adds customisable rewards, VIP client services, a branded client experience, automated consultation forms, rebooking reminders, accounting integrations, a stock app connected to Timely, priority support and automatic waitlist archiving.

Timely's transaction fees
Timely charges 1.59% + 5p per transaction in salon using Tap to Pay or a Timely terminal, plus the cost of a terminal unless using Tap to Pay, listed separately from the subscription on its pricing page. Online payments, such as deposits and cancellation fees, cost 1.85% + 30p per transaction. An international card carries a 3.00% + 30p fee, and a custom rate can be discussed once a business passes 15 bookings a week.
Revyfy states that card processing applies on both platforms, as it does everywhere, without publishing its own separate rate on the pricing page.
What a 3-chair salon pays: Timely vs Revyfy
A 3-chair salon on Timely pays about £65 a month against £39.99 flat on Revyfy, once it wants a waitlist, consultation forms, cancellation fees and staff-specific pricing for its three staff.

On Timely, Boost starts from £7 a week, about £30 a month. Adding the Advanced team management add-on for staff-specific pricing is a further £8 a week, about £35 a month, so the salon starts from about £65 a month before Timely's own booking-volume adjustment is applied. That adjustment is not published, so the actual figure this salon would be billed each week is not something we can calculate from the pricing page.
